Red, White & Blue

Time for another Sweet n Sassy Digi Challenge! This week we our challenge is Patriotic cards.

I used this sweet little image and colored the balloons red, white and blue. I had to color the “toe nails” blue and red too. Added some scrap pieces of red & blue paper behind the image. Image and scallop layer are attached with pop up glue spots. Cuttlebugg’d white background and layered onto blue. Colored white bling with red copic.
