Paper Pretties–Birthday challenge

So this week over at Paper Pretties were challenged to make a Birthday card.

I used Return of Cluck for my card. Even did a little sewing on it and stamped sentiment right onto pattern paper!  Colored with copics. Images are on dimensions, balloons are separate and attached with a piece of floss. Crystal Effects are on the balloons to give them a shine.
