It’s a Cupcake cake!

I was asked by a school friend if I would make her daughter a cupcake cake for her birthday party. The suggestions were pink, purple, baby blue, puppies, kitties, sparkles or pearls. 24 cupcakes with half being vanilla and half being chocolate.

I found a coloring page that had a girl holding a dog. Perfect!  I colored the hair and eyes of the girl the same as the birthday girl and made the dog the same color as hers.  I did a purple background with a lighter purple shell border. Sprinkled some edible glitter on it. I love how it turned out and I hope the family was happy too.
