Birthday cake and card

Time is just flying by so fast as it is time for another Paper Pretties challenge! This week we challenge you to make a Birthday card.

I used Return of Cluck for my card. Stamped chick and sentiment below her. Colored with prismacolor pencils and blended with odorless mineral spirits. Did a little cutting out of the box with the chick.

How to Enter: If you would like to play along with us, all you have to do is create a card/project using the above challenge and upload it to your blog and/or to your SCS Gallery using the keyword PWC216.

Can’t have a birthday card without some cake, can we?? Well lucky for you Monday was my middle daughter’s 13th birthday. She found a cake a few months back if not last year that she wanted me to make. So here is a cake to go along with the birthday card! She made the lollipops, 13, cherry and most of the balls.



Yes, it’s suppose to be leaning as it is called a Topsy Turvy Cake!
