A couple of cards to share with you. Both use stamp sets from Our Craft Lounge.
First the card I made yesterday for the SCS sketch challenge326. I used Pins & Needles for my card. Design paper is DCWV The Crafty stack. Sewed on all pieces even though my machine doesn't like to sew on paper. (I have an expensive machine that really I don’t like to use on paper and this is why! lol) Black rhinestones finish it off.
This is also for the following challenges:
Sugar Creek Hollow - Stitching
Creative Belli - Think Seamstress
The Pixie Cottage – Stitching
Now on to the card I whipped up for today’s WT316 challenge of using Flowers. I used Whispy Blooms. Colored them with copics and cut them all out. Each flower has 3 “layers” attached with Helmar’s Liquid Scrap Dots for dimension. Some Lemon Drop yellow Crafty Fluff in the middle of the flowers.
I then stamped Whispy Patterns in Versamark on the background and added a sentiment from the Whispy Blooms set. Martha Stewart border punch under the middle strip was used.
Layout is from Clean & Simple.
Thanks for stopping by!
