I covered a tag with design paper, sanded the sides to make it blend. Used prismacolor pencils and odorless mineral spirits on Flopsy. Cut her out completely and added her to a blue background. Added some primas and a rub-on in the corner.
What a perfect little tag to add to a birthday present!
